GENERAL TERMS

a. This website, bookatar.ro, belongs to Ces Brands SRL. Access to it or any part of it implies the tacit agreement of the users with the terms below.

b.Ces Brands SRL may change the content of the site at any time, make changes to the structure, content and accessibility, stop providing information on the site, without prior agreement and without any notice to users or third parties.

1. CONTENTS

a. The content of the site is intended for personal use, without any direct or indirect commercial purpose. All published materials (including, but not limited to, articles, information, photos, data, audio/video clips - generically referred to as content), including those included in the newsletter, are protected by the relevant legal provisions: Law no. 8/1996, as amended - on copyright and related rights, Law no. 84/1998 - on trademarks and geographical indications and Law no. 129/1992, republished - on industrial designs. The absence of mention of certain legal texts or provisions does not render them inapplicable.

b. The Website and its contents, including the contents of the newsletter, are protected by the Romanian Copyright Law, as well as by copyright provisions applicable in territories other than Romania. Users may not copy, store, modify or transfer in any way, in part or in whole, the site and/or its content. Exploitation is free, subject to non-commercial use and compliance with the terms imposed by Ces Brands SRL.

c. Any form of copying, storage, modification and/or transmission of content, including that contained in the newsletter, is expressly prohibited without the prior written consent of Ces Brands SRL.

d. Ces Brands SRL shall not be liable for any damages, existing litigation, arising out of or in connection with the copying, storage, modification or transfer of all or part of the content in any medium.

e. If you believe that any material published on this site by the editorial team or anyone else infringes copyright or any other rights, please notify us by sending a message to one of the addresses published in the Contact section of the site.

2. COPYRIGHT

b. Copying, reproducing, recompiling, decompiling, distributing, publishing, displaying, modifying, creating derivative components or complete products or services, as well as any way of exploiting the content of the site is prohibited. www.bookatar.ro with the exception of displaying on a personal computer screen and printing or downloading, for personal and non-commercial purposes, certain documents or information explicitly designated for this purpose, provided that all elements referring to intellectual property rights, other proprietary rights and the conditions of use of such documents or information remain unchanged.

c. The reprinting of information by other websites may only be done in accordance with the terms agreed by the Romanian Press Club: "The Honorary Council considers that the reprinting of press material free of charge may only be done within the limit of 500 signs, but not exceeding half of the article or news item in question, thus ensuring both the free circulation of information and the "press review" nature supported by the websites in question. In such cases, the source of the information must be cited. More than the above may only be reproduced on the basis of an agreement, financial or otherwise, with the rights holder.

Source www.bookatar.ro will be quoted, with a link to the website, in the first paragraph. Also, at the end of the extract, after the last paragraph and outside it (or at the beginning of the news item, depending on the layout of the websites concerned), it will be prominently stated: "SOURCE: bookatar.ro", with a link to the website www.bookatar.ro.

Offline media are also subject to the provisions of the Romanian Copyright Law.

d. Bookatar.ro, the bookatar.ro logo and www.bookatar.ro are the property of S.C. Ces Brands SRL, none of them may be used without the written consent of S.C. Ces Brands SRL.

3. ANSWERS

a. The user is solely responsible to third parties and to bookatar.ro for accessing/using/exploiting the content. Bookatar.ro reserves the right to modify, delete any message posted on the site, interpreted at the discretion of Bookatar.ro as abusive, defamatory, obscene or likely to infringe a protected legal right.

b. The use of the site means that the user declares and agrees to the publication of content by Bookatar.ro based on its own criteria. This content may be interpreted as being published, presented in a manner that does not conform to the user's wishes. In such a case, Bookatar.ro cannot be held liable.

4. TRANSMISSION OF INFORMATION TO Bookatar.ro

a. Submission of information to Bookatar.ro means the provision by the user of materials, including but not limited to messages, articles, information, photos, data, audio/video clips.

b. Submission of information to Bookatar.ro shall be deemed to constitute consent to Bookatar.ro to use, copy, publish, distribute, in any manner and for any purpose, in any medium now existing or hereafter discovered, such information, free of any obligation to pay payment and/or remuneration, on a non-exclusive basis and for a period of 50 years.

c. Also, by submitting information to Bookatar.ro, it is presumed that the user agrees to indemnify Bookatar.ro and/or third parties as a result of the existence/creation of damages of any kind from the use, copying, publication or distribution of such information. Bookatar.co.uk does not accept limited liability on the part of the information provider.

d. Bookatar.ro is not responsible for material posted on this site by persons other than those who have a signed contract with Ces Brands SRL. Bookatar.ro dissociates itself from racist, xenophobic, anti-Semitic, libellous, insulting, defamatory, obscene or indecent messages posted on the site by users in the comments section.

5. USER OBLIGATIONS AT REGISTRATION

a. Access to the online content of the site Bookatar.ro is partly free, partly based on registration data.

b. For the "Login / Register" option, the user will be asked to provide his/her contact details. The registration form(s) will contain the user's detailed contact information (first name, last name, company, mobile phone, e-mail address).

c. Personal information made available Bookatar.ro in order to receive or use certain services are protected under the terms of the Data Protection Act 677/2001, updated in 2013, and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (GDPR). By completing the fields in the online registration forms, users agree that the personal data they register will be entered into the database. Bookatar.ro and to receive messages about products and services, promotions, competitions or any other editorial and marketing activities carried out in the future by Bookatar.ro and its approved partners.

d. After filling in the registration form, the user has an account to use the services. The user is entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password associated with access to the services. Bookatar.ro.

e. At the explicit request of the user, addressed to dan.radu@cesbrands.ro, Revistadinlemn.ro undertakes to rectify, update, block, erase or anonymize and to cease processing the user's personal data, free of charge, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data.

f. Bookatar.ro undertakes not to make public the email address of users and not to disclose it to any third party unless it is among the expressly agreed partners, unless this is necessary to comply with the law and/or legal proceedings.

g. Bookatar.ro is obliged to notify the authority immediately of attacks that are intended to be theft or vandalism and that could lead to disclosure or compromise of data. Bookatar.ro assumes no responsibility for situations in which the user publishes his/her address or any other personal data, on his/her own initiative, in a public message on any of the pages Bookatar.ro.

h. Bookatar.ro reserves the right to modify, revise, supplement these rules at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page and will be effective when posted on the site.

6. NEWSLETTER

a. The Revistadinlemn.ro newsletter is a free service and consists of an electronic message (e-mail) delivered regularly by Bookatar.ro subscribed users. Subscribing to the newsletter is only done at the user's request.

b. To subscribe to the newsletter, the user will provide Bookatar.roby filling in a form with his/her personal data: name, surname, e-mail address. It is mandatory that the data entered in the form is real.

c. After filling in the subscription form, the user will receive a message confirming subscription to the newsletter to the e-mail address provided. The registration of the user in the database of newsletter subscribers will only take place after confirmation of the newsletter subscription.

d. The Provider reserves the right to refuse without prior notice to subscribe to the newsletter if it notices that the data entered in the form are not real or do not belong to the user.

e. By completing the newsletter subscription form, the user agrees, according to Privacy Policy, that his personal data will be stored and processed by Bookatar.ro. The personal data filled in the form will be used in accordance with Bookatar.ro privacy policy and will not be made public to any third party without the user's consent.

f. Bookatar.ro makes no warranty of any kind regarding the content provided in the newsletter and makes no warranty that the service will operate without interruption or error, that defects will be corrected, or that the materials provided via email are accurate, correct and/or reliable. Bookatar.ro cannot be held liable for any damages, loss or inconvenience caused by the use of the service. The entire responsibility for the use of the service rests with the user.

g. Either party has the right to terminate the provision of, or access to, the newsletter service at any time, without giving any reason and without prior notice.

6. SECURITY

Bookatar.ro takes all security measures to protect the personal information of its users. When filling in personal data on our website, the information will be protected both offline and online. All user information is confidential. Only employees whose specific job involves working with personal information (e.g. customer service representatives) have access to user identification data. The servers on which users' personally identifiable information is stored are located in a secure location.

7. LEGAL LIABILITY. DISCHARGES

a. The content of this site, including news, data and other information, is provided by Bookatar.ro and its content providers. This site provides information tools, but does not provide any advice or make any recommendations regarding specific financial instruments, investments or products.

b. Bookatar.ro does not ask its customers for personal information through unsolicited correspondence. Any type of correspondence offering financial advice or any unsolicited message requesting disclosure of personal information should be considered false and reported to Bookatar.ro via the feedback form accessible on the site after logging in.

c. Bookatar.ro and its content providers shall not be liable for any errors, inaccuracies or delays in providing the content offered by the site or for any actions based on such content. Bookatar.ro disclaims all warranties, express or implied, as to the accuracy of content provided by third parties or as to the suitability of the information for any particular purpose. Although Revistadinlemn.ro makes every effort to obtain reliable information from its third party providers, it does not guarantee the accuracy of the information provided by them.

d. Bookatar.ro reserves the right to modify and update these conditions at any time. Amendments become effective from the moment they are published on the site.
