Description
These little croissants melt in your mouth. Easy to make and fast.
Ingredients
300 g
flour
150 ml
oil
75 ml
borscht
150 g
crap
3,5 g
dry yeast
2 sachets
vanilla sugar
icing sugar
Instructions

Although the recipe contains no butter or egg, the croissants come out very tender and tasty. It's the kind of cookie that disappears quickly from your plate and is also simple to make with just a few ingredients.

  1. Mix the borsh with the oil, vanilla sugar and dried yeast.
  2. Add half the amount of flour and a little salt and mix.
  3. Add the rest of the flour. Knead until the dough is crumbly.
  4. Wrap in cling film and refrigerate for 30'.
  5. Divide the dough into 2 balls.
  6. I take each ball of dough and roll out a circle of approx. 24 cm.
  7. Cut the dough sheet into triangles and place a piece of crap on each triangle. Roll out the rolls and place them on a tray covered with baking paper.
  8. Bake at 170°C for 12-15 minutes.
  9. As soon as I take them out of the oven I dust them with sugar.

About 30 small 3-4 cm horns come out.
