Who likes creamy pasta, a simple and tasty recipe with a good chance of ranking among your favorites.
Boil the pasta.
I chopped the onion and garlic, as small as possible, and the mushrooms, rounded. In a frying pan I put 2-3 tablespoons of oil, I first sautéed the onion and garlic. I added the rounded mushrooms, turmeric, salt, pepper and let them reduce. Then I added the sour cream, put coconut vegetable and 2 tbsp tomato paste. Stir and leave on the heat for 1-2 minutes to bind a little, if needed add a little more water in which the pasta has boiled. Take off the heat and add the mozzarella, I put fresh mozzarella, broke it into pieces and mixed it into the sauce. On top I added the cooked pasta and that was it. On the plate I sprinkled some parsley and a few fresh basil leaves.
