They're the kind of soft, moist cookies full of slightly spicy flavors. They don't look very spectacular, but the taste is full of flavour. Serve for breakfast with a glass of cold milk or as a dessert with ice cream.

1 measure (140g)
flour
1 tsp
vanilla
1/2 teaspoon
baking powder
1/2 teaspoon
baking soda
1 tsp
cinnamon
1 tsp
salt
1 tsp
powdered ginger
Instructions
Mix butter and sugar with a spoon until smooth. I recommend not putting in the full amount of sugar, I put in less than a tablespoon. The raisins are also sweet and the cookies came out sweet enough for our taste. I always prefer to put less.
Add the egg, a pinch of vanilla powder or 1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence and mix.
Add flour, baking powder, baking soda, a little salt, cinnamon, a little nutmeg, powdered or candied ginger.
Stir the oatmeal and raisins (dried or candied fruit) into the whole mixture.
Scoop out the mixture with an ice cream scoop and place on a tray lined with baking paper.
Place the tray in a preheated oven at 180°C and bake for 7-9 minutes.
