Description
Savoury, tasty and fluffy muffins, simple and quick to make.
Ingredients
4
eggs
250 g
flour
100 g
butter
150 ml
milk
200 g
telecheese
1/2 teaspoon
salt
8 g
baking powder
100 g
smoked salmon
2
olive
3 pieces
dried tomatoes
pepper, turmeric
dill, parsley
Instructions
  1. Put the milk and butter in a bowl. Heat on the heat until the butter melts.
  2. Allow to cool slightly.
  3. Mix eggs with salt, pepper.
  4. Add 1/2 of the sifted flour and baking powder over the eggs.
  5. Add the milk and then the rest of the flour. Stir until the mixture is smooth.
  6. Crumble the cheese and add it to the dough.
  7. Add the dill and parsley.
  8. Now add salmon chunks, olive slices and sliced sundried tomatoes. You can add them all to the whole dough or if you want the muffins to have different fillings, you can divide the dough into three and mix one part with salmon, one part with olives and one part with sundried tomatoes.
  9. In a muffin tin, place paper muffin tins and fill each tin with batter about 75%.
  10. Bake in the oven at 180°C for 25 minutes.
