A simple dessert to make with a few ingredients we have in the kitchen almost all the time. Kids love to make it and eat it.
Ingredients
500 g
biscuits
200 g
sugar
2 tablespoons with a pinch
cocoa
150 g
butter
100-150 g
nuts
150 g
crap
100 g
raisins
1 glass
water
1/2 teaspoon
rum essence
Instructions
The walnuts are put in the oven for a while and crumbled a little
Soak raisins in rum, milk or water
Place the sugar, butter, cocoa and water in a stainless steel bowl or saucepan. Place the pan on the heat to melt the butter and sugar. They don't need to be boiled but just heated until the sugar melts.
Crumble the biscuits into small pieces and chop the rahti.
Place the biscuits, raisins and raisins in a bowl.
Over the dry ingredients add the liquid obtained in point 3
Stir until smooth and the liquid is incorporated into the biscuits.
If the biscuits are very dry, a little more water can be added. The most suitable are hard biscuits, such as Petit beurre, because they remain whole and at the end you will feel the consistency of each solid ingredient. The crumbly ones, even though they are tastier, due to the higher butter content, will crumble a lot and when you mix them with the liquid they will turn to paste and in this case we don't want that.
Spread the mixture on plastic wrap and shape into a roll about 25 cm long and 5-6 cm in diameter. Two rolls are made from this quantity. Refrigerate until the next day.
