We have butter, we have cream, we have taste. They are very tasty, very tender and very simple to make. Makes enough of a portion to nibble on with a beer or serve as an appetizer. They're the kind of nibbles that your hand goes to on its own without wanting to.
- Mix the butter with the flour and knead well.
- Add the cream and salt. Knead well until it becomes a compact dough.
- Divide the dough into several balls and roll out each one in turn.
- Roll out thinly to about 2 mm, brush with egg and sprinkle cumin over the greased dough.
- Cut into thin strips and place in the oven on the tray.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
